\u00a0What is Gas Oil?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Gas oil, petroleum gas or diesel fuel is used as fuel for diesel engines and thermal equipment.<\/p>\n

Its hydrocarbon range is between C14-C20 and even C25 with the boiling point range of 385-250 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n

The oil is composed mainly of three groups of paraffin, naphthenic and aromatic, with a minimum flash point of 54 \u00b0 C and a maximum drop point of 0 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n

Its density is 820-860 kg \/ m3 at 15.6 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n

The most important feature is the number of Cetane, which should be more than 50 so that the soft and quiet engine works.<\/p>\n

Diesel fuel is referred to as any liquid fuel used in diesel engines.<\/p>\n

This fuel is extracted from the special method for distillation of petroleum from Mazut oil But there are other ways to process diesel without using oil, These include biodegradable, biodegradable liquid (GTL) and gas-to-liquid (GTL) Which global use of them is increasing rapidly.<\/p>\n

To disambiguate between various types of oil and other types, the oil type is called Diesel oil or\u00a0 Petrodizol.<\/p>\n

A very low sulfur diesel is the standard type for diesel, which has very low sulfur content.<\/p>\n

According to 2007 statistics, almost all diesel fuel used in America and Europe is a very low sulfur content.<\/p>\n

EN 590 is a standard published by the European Committee for Standardization that describes the physical properties that all automotive diesel fuel must meet if it is to be sold in the European Union and several other European countries.<\/p>\n

The EN 590 had been introduced along with the European emission standards .<\/p>\n

The overall goal has been to reduce the sulphur<\/a> content of diesel fuel.<\/p>\n

Sulphur had been used as a lubricant in the fuel. Its role is taken by special additives in ULSD.<\/p>\n

With each of its revisions, the EN 590 had been adapted to lower the sulphur content of diesel fuel \u2013 Since 2007, diesel that conforms to EN590 has been referred to as Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) in the European Union.<\/p>\n

The phrase \u201cUltra Low Sulphur Diesel\u201d is governed by different standards in other parts of the world.<\/p>\n

In the European Union and the USA, the sulfur content has dramatically reduced during the last 20 years. Automotive diesel fuel is covered in the European Union by standard EN 590.<\/p>\n

VIRGIN FUEL OIL D6<\/strong><\/h3>\n

D6 is also be known as Residual Fuel Oil and is of high-viscosity<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This particular fuel oil requires preheating to 220 \u2013 260 Degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n

D6 is mostly used for generators. Russian D6 is a type of residual fuel, mainly used in power plants and larger ships.<\/p>\n
