of Russia&#8217;s oil reserves.<\/p>\n<p>Some experts believe that most of Russia&#8217;s oil reserves are in the fields of western Siberia, which have been exploited since the 1970s.<\/p>\n<figure Russia&#8217;s Ministry of Natural Resources announced that it had discovered a huge oil reservoir in eastern Siberia, with 4.7 billion barrels of oil reserves.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1081\" production began in 1999 with a shift in Russian oil industry policy.<\/p>\n<p>Many analysts attribute the jump to the privatization of Russia&#8217;s oil industry and several other factors.<\/p>\n<p>Factors such as the dramatic rise in world oil prices in those years, as well as the use of Japanese technology in the Russian oil industry and the repair and rehabilitation of worn-out and old oil facilities in the country&#8217;s oil fields,<\/p>\n<p>also had a significant impact on increasing oil production.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007, <a production.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Producer and exporter of crude oil<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Russia is the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/World\">world<\/a>&#8216;s second largest producer of crude <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oil\">oil<\/a> and one of the largest exporters of oil in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Russian Combined Export Crude Oil (REBCO) is a medium-weight sour crude oil<\/p>\n<p>that is exported approximately 4 million barrels per day<\/p>\n<p>to the Atlantic basin or other adjacent refinery markets.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York_City\">New York<\/a> Mercantile Exchange, the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/World\">world<\/a>&#8216;s largest energy market, has Siberia.<\/p>\n<p>Petroleum components are usually separated using a fraction column using a technique called component distillation,<\/p>\n<p>which separates the liquid mixture into sections that differ in boiling point by the distillation method.<\/p>\n<p>Oil contains not only crude oil, but also all liquid, gaseous and solid <a
